Dr. Bentley L. Gibson is the Founder of The Bias Adjuster and lead developer of Bias Proofing Your Workplace, created in collaboration with a team of social scientists. A Spelman College graduate with a B.A. in Psychology, Dr. Gibson earned her doctorate from Emory University, where her research focused on implicit bias. She is a psychologist, author, professor, and recognized expert in understanding how bias influences behavior and decision-making. Dr. Gibson and her team developed this course to move organizations beyond awareness. Grounded in behavioral science and research, the program gives learners practical tools to recognize bias, interrupt it, and make more precise decisions where the consequences matter most. This is not simply DEI training. It is bias risk mitigation, designed by social scientists and built for organizational application.
